Welcome to the Zazzano’s website. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Zazzanos LLC (d/b/a Zazzano’s) (“Zazzanos LLC,” “Zazzano’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing merchandise, or booking a catering/private event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Website
- You may use the Zazzano’s website only for lawful purposes.
- You may not attempt to hack, interfere, scrape, or misuse the site in any way.
- All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, menus, and photos) is the property of Zazzanos LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.
2. Intellectual Property & User Content
- All trademarks, branding, and content on the Zazzano’s website are owned by Zazzanos LLC.
- If you submit testimonials, reviews, social media comments, or tag us in public content, you grant Zazzanos LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and repost that content for marketing purposes. If you’d like us to remove your content, contact us and we will honor your request.
3. Purchases – Merchandise
- Zazzano’s may sell merchandise such as clothing, promotional items, mugs, glasses, posters, stickers, and other branded items.
- Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in pricing.
- We ship within the U.S. only. Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is scanned by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds (Merch):
- You may return merchandise for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Returned items must be in unused, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Used or worn apparel is not eligible for return.
- For authorized returns, Zazzano’s will cover return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Purchases – Catering & Private Events
- To secure a date for a private event, Zazzano’s requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined below.
Cancellations (Client):
- 30+ days prior: Deposit refundable minus $100 admin fee.
- 8–29 days prior: Deposit non-refundable, balance waived.
- 0–7 days prior: Deposit non-refundable, 50% of remaining balance due.
Cancellations (Zazzano’s):
- If Zazzano’s must cancel and cannot reschedule within 6 months, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule once within 6 months of the original date at no fee.
- A second or subsequent reschedule requires a $300 rescheduling fee.
Minimum Spend:
- All events have a $1,250 minimum spend, typically based on 1.5 pizzas per guest. Pricing ranges from $20–$30 per person, with a custom quote provided based on menu and guest count.
Service Duration:
- Each event includes up to 4 hours of service (plus setup/teardown). Overtime is billed at $300/hour.
Site Requirements:
- Cooking space must be on a solid surface (concrete, pavement, etc.), not grass or fields.
- Minimum 12’x12’ clear space with at least 10’ clearance from structures.
- Client is responsible for providing safe parking, permits, and permissions.
Weather Policy:
- Zazzano’s reserves the right to pause or stop service for lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions.
- If weather interrupts, the event must be rescheduled within 6 months. No refunds will be issued for weather delays or cancellations initiated by the client.
Allergens & Menu Changes:
- Our pizzas are prepared in a shared kitchen and may contain allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Substitutions may be made based on availability. Prices may adjust due to market changes.
Leftovers:
- Any leftover food may be boxed and transferred to the client at the end of service. Once transferred, the client assumes all responsibility for safe storage and handling.
Insurance & Liability:
- Proof of insurance is available upon request and is carried at all events.
- The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for service. Zazzano’s is not liable for damages caused by unsafe site conditions outside of our control.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zazzanos LLC from claims arising out of unsafe conditions, provided they are not due to our negligence.
5. Payments & Taxes
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Square (online), and Square POS (in person).
- Applicable taxes will be collected where required.
- Zazzano’s reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Refunds & Disputes (General)
- Refunds are processed according to the policies above (merchandise or catering).
- Payment data may be used only to complete transactions, handle refunds, or resolve disputes.
7. Promotions & Coupons
- Unless stated otherwise, promo codes and discounts cannot be combined, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards are not currently offered.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or similar forum.
- You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
- Small claims court matters may be filed in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
10. Force Majeure
Zazzanos LLC is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, accidents, pandemics, or government restrictions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
